Originally from the coastal city of Plymouth, Devon, England growing up on the Tamar Estuary, Gary got his love of the water from his great-grandad and dad, Charlie and Ron, and brings his enthusiasm to the Fanad Peninsula on the Wild Atlantic Way in Donegal. Gary has over 30 years sea, river and flat water kayaking experience and has led and participated in tours and expeditions around the world, from the warm waters of the Pacific and Indian Ocean to the seas of the North and South Atlantic.
Gary progressively gained his experience and qualifications throughout his Naval career and continued his sea-faring adventures when he left the Navy. He is also qualified in the following disciplines:
As well as Kayaking, Gary is also an avid surfer, Kiteboarder, and enjoys archery, diving and photography
Jacqueline is a fully qualified Yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training and conducts Yoga classes on THE YOGA TOUR. She teaches a range of styles from Hatha, Ashtanga inspired classes and Pregnancy Yoga and is a dynamic, fun and energetic teacher. No previous experience is necessary and classes will be tailored to suit all ages, experience and levels of mobility and fitness. Jacqueline will be happy to guide you through a range of postures either to prepare you for your tour or to help you unwind and relax afterwards. All mats and equipment provided.
